How does everyone feel about energy audits on their home? How many have actually gone through the process.

I'm curious because it was really very painless for us and we learned an aweful lot.

To me, that should be the number one action item for each home owner to make their home more energy efficient.

Thougths?

Energy audits are really a good thing. Sure, you spend a bit, but the payoff can be tremendous. From visuals to thermal imaging, you can spot problems. And if you are trying to sell your property, this is a great tool.
